A charming rural house in the tiny village of Toral de Merayo. The accommodation is just a few meters from a supermarket, a tavern, and a square with swings and a sports track. The ground floor has a living room and kitchen, and the upper two floors have the bedrooms. The house is very pretty, with much of it in wood and decorative elements that transport you to the past, making the stay very pleasant. The indoor temperature is excellent, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable.

The house is very pretty and right next to Ponferrada itself. The only issue is that the heating cannot be regulated.

“Genial!!!”

The house overall is great!!! Nothing is missing. The beds are super comfortable, the house is very clean, warm, and the best part is the fireplace. No bad points to mention.

“Bonita estancia en el campo”

The house is fully equipped. The living room has two wonderful areas, one for dining and one for relaxing by the fireplace. The space is wide and there are bathrooms on both floors. The garden is great for BBQs and enjoying summer, although it was quite dirty, with tables and chairs covered in bird droppings and the BBQ utensils left uncleaned by previous guests. I also liked the location, close to Ponferrada and the mountains, but in a very quiet village. The only downside is the garden’s dirt, which is not part of the house itself but a small parcel in front (though it’s a minor issue).
