“Wonderful place to get away :)”

The staff were fantastic, and the birthday surprises were amazing. I adored the room and the photoshoot offer for my birthday—Gerardo from Iris Photography was absolutely the best! Everyone else was great, too. The only downside was the Sargassum seaweed smell, which was a total bummer, though I understand there’s not much that can be done. I also wish someone had called us on our last day when we missed the shuttle to the airport, but it’s fine :)

The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the staff were generally very friendly. The gym was good and the buffet offered a nice variety. The food wasn’t extraordinary—just okay, nothing incredible. The beach was not very wide, and the season’s heavy sargassum made it impossible to use the beach or get into the sea. The room mattress was too soft.

“Great way to celebrate a very special occasion.”

The property was clean and beautiful, and the staff—especially Carlos—were great. I liked having five or six restaurants on the premises offering a variety of foods. Unfortunately, the beach was unusable because of the red seaweed that washed up there. It seems like a seasonal issue, but if it were that bad all year, the beach wouldn’t be available.

“Very nice”

They know how to run an adults‑only all‑inclusive resort. Rooms were clean, staff were smiling and friendly, and they always tried to make your stay the best. There were many daily activities and the food was good, so I’d definitely stay again. I stayed in a junior swim‑out suite and appreciated the adults‑only vibe with no kids. The all‑inclusive meals and drinks were great. The only problem was that the beach was unusable because of the seaweed plaguing the Cancun area right now, so I couldn’t swim in the ocean. Staff should pay more attention to solo travelers; they always talk to couples during meal times but not to single guests. I did have one gentleman talk to me daily during the lunch buffet. I was content on my own, but it would have been nice for staff to acknowledge single travelers like they do couples.
