No one was available to let us in, even though we arrived 2,5 hours before check‑in closed. Our stay was approved, yet we couldn’t actually stay at the hotel.

The place is close to the motorway, otherwise the average quality is pretty bad. The hotel was quite shabby, with cigarette smoke everywhere. Breakfast was served at a side restaurant, but it started at 8 h, which made a layover quite unpleasant.

“Extremely bad experience”

I was hit with a charge higher than the rate I booked, the bed wasn’t even made, and the staff acted extremely arrogantly; after I filed a complaint it took a month to get a full refund, so I’d steer clear of this hotel.

“Enttäuschend und ungenügend.”

Near the highway before Belgrade. The location is ideal for a road trip by car. I have stayed here several times while traveling through Serbia and was always very satisfied. This time, however, the bathroom was dirty and uncleaned, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work. The very friendly staff apologized and said the owner would close the hotel, so the conditions were unfortunately unimportant to him.

“To był błąd”

Breakfast was served somewhere else, the place was fairly dirty, there were noisy disturbances in the hallway at night, the doors weren’t sound‑proof and there was an unpleasant smell both inside the hotel and around it.
