Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The architecture is beautiful and clean, the gardens are gorgeous, and the room is great. The staff were very helpful and cheerful, and the food had a good selection. The large pool has relatively private sections. The entertainment after dinner was poor quality.

I guess it was the location. The kids enjoyed the activities. Food was good. I think their charges are on the high side. The customer service. Their introduction and where everything is. We had to orient ourselves. We asked for extra water bottle as we were a family of 4. Only got 3. Asked them to change the sheets. The guy didn't come back. After an hour I called reception. He returned empty handed and said the sheets have gone for washing. I questioned him, you guys don't have anymore sheets in the hotel. On the last day I asked for the porter. He never showed up. I had to personally pick two suitcases from the second floor. If I was younger I wouldn't complain

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind (thanks especially to Hellen). The rooms were very nice, spacious, and I received an upgrade with a fantastic sea view. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and varied. The property was well maintained with a beautiful pool area, and the location was excellent. The beach had a lot of seaweed, and it would be useful to clear it out in the morning.

Everything! The place is beautiful, the food is tasty, the beds are very comfortable, and it’s the perfect spot to rest. Nothing was missing; I liked everything.

The pool was good, and I liked the reception. The food was also good. As a guest, I couldn’t have a visitor in my room, and even if it’s policy, the way it was handled felt embarrassing.
