The kitchen was well equipped, but my family’s two‑day visit to Arnedillo was a disaster. Casa Bera only has one double bedroom, despite the photos showing more beds because the owner changed the bedding in the pictures. The other “beds” are on the ground floor in a damp, unhealthy cave‑like space that’s hard to breathe in. The owner expected four people to sleep there. The bunk beds had a lower bed that couldn’t be pulled out or used because it didn’t fit the room, so my daughter tried to share a bunk with my grandson but couldn’t sleep, woke with a headache and sore throat, and could only breathe by stepping outside since there was no window, only a door and a hard‑to‑reach little window above it. They added a second spare bed in the middle of the cave for my son, but when he tried to get into it the sheets were wet, so he chose to sleep on a kitchen sofa to avoid getting sick. A photo I attached shows that sofa‑bed with towels we placed on it so the grandchildren could sit and read without getting their bottoms wet. Sleeping under those conditions felt third‑world, especially after paying €170 per night. I have asked the platform to remove this rural house from its listings.

There’s nowhere to park. The overall cleaning left the sheets smelling damp, and the stairs were very uncomfortable.

I appreciated the hotel's quick response and convenient check-in process. However, there were a few minor issues that needed attention, such as the kitchen sink faucet and the bathroom faucet. Despite these small problems, our overall experience was positive, and I appreciated the hotel's efforts to make our stay comfortable.

I loved the hotel's location, which was close to the thermal pools, supermarkets, and restaurants. The hotel was also spacious, clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to make use of the barbecue area in the patio, which was a shame. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it to others.
