The location was very good for us. We wanted one day in Regensburg and one day hiking in the Bavarian Forest. The room was very clean and we felt comfortable overall. Unfortunately the room was very dark because a large oak tree stands directly in front of the window. It was also quite noisy, since the beer garden is right outside the window. Because we woke up at a similar time as the breakfast crowd, that wasn’t a big deal. When someone sat in the beer garden at night, you could definitely hear it. The kitchen in our room was really sparse, limited to the absolute essentials. That should be known beforehand, as we specifically wanted a kitchen in the room to cook breakfast and dinner ourselves.
