The service, Rosi is spectacular, very charming and cooks delicious food! The bed was full of ants, even after fumigation the next night still had ants and the accommodation had too many mosquitoes. I have stayed several times but every time I can’t rest because of the mosquitoes, and the last time it was also the ants in the bed. Another issue is that the house lacks maintenance.

We had a very bad experience with this accommodation. In our case we had booked one night that we didn’t even finish because we had to leave at dawn for another place. Our main complaint was the lack of privacy and the feeling of insecurity we had while staying there. It is a place without reception, where all rooms open onto a common courtyard and have no proper door (they have glass panels and bars). On top of that, during the dates we were there there were no other guests and strong winds at night made it impossible to sleep (during the night we heard many noises, especially the bars hitting everything). Even more, in the middle of the night we saw a person, supposedly from the service, walking in front of our glass panel, yet when we went to bed or left the hotel early in the morning we didn’t see that person. The treatment we received regarding the refund of the hotel night deserves mention. The accommodation voluntarily offered to refund the night because our experience had been bad. After more than 15 days, and having to contact them several times (they proactively don’t tell me anything), I am still waiting for that refund and all I get from them are long responses.

The accommodation is pretty and the location is good. There is no physical reception, so you have to communicate through a general WhatsApp number. The rooms also lack privacy, and the door didn't feel very secure. The illumination was not good. Additionally, there is poor soundproofing, so it doesn't block out the music (until 3am) and noise from the neighborhood
