Very friendly and professional personnel.
Nice beds, a swimming pool and sauna, and helpful staff. There was a mouse in the room and a big cricket, plus a strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

The personnel was very friendly and we were offered a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The restaurant in the evening served dinner with very loud music.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and super helpful! Breakfast was excellent and long (from 8 – 12.00), with plenty of cheese, fruit and other options. The views from the room were amazing and we received a free upgrade! Overall a great experience. To be honest I don’t think anything failed to meet our expectations!
The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, otherwise nothing particularly special, not a grand hotel. There was water damage in the bathroom and a stinking odor (mould?) – we were asked to change rooms afterward, but no staff apologized or made us feel at fault for water leaking through the ceiling from the neighbor. The breakfast hall was sterile and not very cozy.
