I picked this hotel simply because it sits across from King Saud Medical City. The bathrooms were old and the kettle was coming out of the water tap, so I requested a replacement. I had asked beforehand if a smoking room was available and was told yes, yet upon arrival I was informed there are no smoking rooms in the hotel, only that you can open the window while smoking—why would I smoke in a noisy room facing the bridge?

The place is comfortable, clean, close to King Saud City, staff were wonderful and thanks to the Saudi employee.

نظافة المكان وتعاون الموظفين وقربة من مدينة الملك سعود حيث كان عندي موعد عمليه وسكنت قبل العمليه وبعدها في نفس الفندق الله يجزاهم كل خير. لايوجد كل شي كان في قمة النظام والروعه

The staff from reception to workers were exemplary in manners and courteous, very human with hospital visitors; the place was clean and close to all services.
