We chose the Alpinka apartments mainly for the kids’ facilities – the pool, playground, and other relaxation options – and they met all our expectations; the children had a great time. I especially praise the overall sustainable approach, such as using natural resources, a seed‑free system, and other eco‑solutions. The only surprise was the tiny kitchenette that looked larger in the photos; we only used it for making breakfast, which was fine for us. Next time we’ll definitely pay for breakfast or half‑board – the aroma and what we saw looked amazing. The lack of a window in the bathroom made me notice the ventilation, which seemed weak during our stay; I’m not sure if it simply didn’t work as it should or if the ventilation is inadequate, but moisture built up and mold spots were visible on the ceiling. I trust this issue will be resolved. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and we’ll gladly return. Next time we’ll also be better prepared for payment options other than card; we had no cash and the QR code didn’t work, but at least we practiced paying via IBAN. Thanks also to the lovely housekeeper who kindly offered advice and interesting local excursion tips.
