Everything was very nice, very well organised for children, honestly this is the best child‑friendly hotel we have stayed in so far. The kids’ corner, programme and care for the children were very well thought out and organised. The kitchen was tasty and varied.

I had my birthday during the stay and the hotel pleasantly surprised me with a card and sweets. I’m impressed and thank you sincerely!

About 200 euros per night. Everything was fine. No toothpaste or toothbrush was provided.

The indoor pools are convenient for kids. The outdoor pool isn’t heated and at the start of September it’s quite cold. The food is nothing special and the same, but it works. The kids’ corner and child entertainment are great, but in the kids’ corner the girls do not watch the children at all. The staff everywhere were super polite. The bedroom, though with a good mattress, is terribly uncomfortable. Lots of dust. They let outside people into the pools and the restaurant. There’s a strong chlorine smell in the indoor pools. They claim there’s a foam party every day, but there isn’t. Our room didn’t lock and after 2‑3 attempts my daughter opened it without issue. Dinner ends at 21:15, but by 20:30 it was already 50 % empty and they stopped refilling.
