The location, breakfast, and service were good, yet the old room door makes a noise when opened or closed and doesn't block ambient sound—though it didn't bother me much. At breakfast, they should offer butter instead of just margarine.

The environment was fine, but the front‑desk staff were unhelpful, unfriendly, and unwilling to provide requested information; they seemed poorly trained and lacking qualification, which left a bad impression.
