The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the price is very good, yet hallway noise can be heard.

We felt safe, everything was clean and the room was comfortable, but the only bad thing was that I read the single room had a pool view, so I chose it, yet when we were given the room it had no windows or ventilation—everything was closed, which I don’t like; also the pool was dirty, hopefully that won’t happen again because a cleaning staff told me the maintenance person wasn’t there, and the elevator was under maintenance, which isn’t a problem for me but could be for a disabled guest; otherwise everything was fine.

The staff were very friendly, but the app advertised a promotion at $1119 and I paid $1309 at the hotel; they didn’t honor the Booking price and I had to pay the higher amount because I needed to stay; the facilities, especially the pool, are deteriorated.
