The single room was the best value for the price, bright, clean, and comfortable; the couple were kind and soothing, served tea at checkout, and I wish them continued health and prosperity for the hotel. The only downside was that there was only one outlet, so charging required a fan and some ingenuity.

The guy was friendly! The location is a bit vague—close enough to walk but very hard to reach. When the owner was free, he happily offered a ride, which was great. The shower was a joke—basically unusable; I only managed to rinse a little at the sink.

The mattress and pillows were convenient, but the room lacked towels and sheets, so I had to ask for them. Only towels were provided, leaving nothing to cover up at night. The towel was dirty and clearly unwashed. The mirror could be scratched with a finger in a flash. The mosquito net was so dusty that breathing was difficult during the first hour after it was lowered. The toilet had no wall above the door, so the bathroom seemed to merge with the room. There were many windows, but none had curtains, and a light sensor lamp at the entrance triggered every minute, creating a light soundtrack that made it hard to sleep, compounded by alarm sounds. All this happened around midnight, and by 4 am the hosts were up and talking. The service was overly intrusive with extra offers right at the door. This was my third visit to the island and the worst accommodation.
