Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The bathtub was great, the bed was super comfy, and having a fridge inside with a kitchen was a bonus; the staff were very attentive. However, there were a few bugs on the bed, but the staff swapped the bed immediately and cleaned everything quickly and effectively, so it was solved and the place was amazing.

I didn’t stay because I felt unsafe and the place was a mess. There was a broken chair outside the front door, the toilet roll was almost empty, my room number 2 had a broken mirror, a broken bedside table lamp, and was not very clean. No staff were visible, so I can’t comment on their service.

The staff were really bad, and the hotel felt like a London city council housing; it was terrible. I would advise checking for better value in London.

When I woke up I saw two small mice coming out from under the closet; the room had a strange smell so I had to keep the window open to avoid it. For that price you shouldn't expect much, but at least the place was clean.
