I rarely give a 10/10, and this hotel alone would only earn a solid 3‑star rating for its simple accommodation, but the staff are ultra‑friendly, ultra‑helpful, and ultra‑polite, and the restaurant runs very smoothly. Don’t just stay for one night like many do—stay longer to really feel the place and its surroundings.

Hotel Hal‑Tur overlooks the Travertines and is in a great spot for walking to the pools and Hieropolis. The pool area is great, the breakfast tasty, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable but a little small, though it had a cute balcony that was fabulous. We enjoyed watching the hot‑air balloons early in the morning while sipping coffee.

I was thrilled with the view overlooking Pamukkale’s travertine, but the rooms face the street, so the noise level is a bit high.

The staff were very kind. Most of the equipment is old, but the retro vibe gave the hotel a nice overall atmosphere. The shower head was large and couldn’t be fixed, so it was always handheld.
