“Decent, but nothing special”
Finding a well‑reviewed place was tough, but this one was okay—nothing special. I liked hanging laundry and spending time on the roof, though the only window faced a 2 × 2 m gap between rooms; there was no street noise or heat, but the view was absent and the lighting was just decent. On the first evening I heard loud TV noise and thought it was guests; the next night I realized it was an employee watching TV, and the sound was extremely loud—quite annoying. The price/value wasn’t the best compared to Huaraz or Lima.
They’re very friendly, the place was clean, the room is small but perfect for resting after a trip, and the mini‑fridge was very useful.
