The hotel's location was its only redeeming quality, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the numerous issues I encountered during my stay. The room was a disaster - it was dirty, and I mean really dirty, with dust and dirt everywhere. To make matters worse, there was no towel, no drinking water, and the geyser wasn't working, so I had to go without a hot shower. On top of that, the room wasn't even neat, with clothes and stuff scattered all over the place.

I'm still trying to figure out how this place managed to get such a high rating, but my stay was a disaster from start to finish. The hotel's location is great, right in the heart of the city, but that's about where the positives end. The room was tiny, with barely enough space to move around, and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. The staff seemed friendly enough, but they were completely unhelpful when I tried to get a refund for the terrible room.

I'm still trying to figure out how this place managed to get any reviews at all. The location was a major letdown - it was in the middle of a busy street with no nearby restaurants or shops to speak of. The room itself was tiny, with a bed that was basically just a glorified mattress on the floor. The air conditioning was basically non-existent, and the shower was a joke - it was more like a trickle than an actual shower.

The staff here are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference in making you feel at home. However, the room I had was a bit of a letdown since it didn't have a balcony, which was a feature I was looking forward to. On the plus side, the rest of the hotel is fine, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. But what really got me was the limited TV channels - I was expecting to catch up on some Indian channels like Colors and Star TV, but they weren't available.
