Mont Clair has so much untapped potential, and it’s always sad to see mismanagement affect these gems in Zimbabwe; customer care isn’t a priority—there was very little noise and we were among the few guests, yet nothing was addressed promptly, and the room phone was abused, with more calls than any other room we’ve experienced.
