The location is central, near the port, beaches, and main bus station; water pressure is good and laundry can be done. I want to point out how exceptionally helpful, polite, and pleasant Jiannis is; he makes the place feel like home. The only issue is that a microwave in the kitchen area would be useful.

The stay was amazing! Jiannis was very nice, accommodating, helpful, and patient. The location is great and the rooms are spotless. We had stayed somewhere else the night before, and it was clear that this place offered far better value at the same price point. Thank you so much!

The staff were friendly and the cleaning was excellent. Iannis recommended many great places to visit, making the stay enjoyable. There isn’t anything I didn’t like, but you have to remember that you’re paying a low price for the room, so you can’t expect a five‑star hotel. The bathroom was basic and small, but overall it was fine.

The host is extremely friendly and helpful! He postponed our room by 2 days (we couldn't reach Naxos due to bad weather)! It was more than we could ask and saved our vacation 😊 The room was clean and spacious, 2 min walking distance from the beach. And we could borrow a beach mat (for free). Plus there's a kitchen (even with oil, which for us is extremely rare) which we used to cook some meals (Naxos is a tourist city.). Big supermarket with okay prices is 10 walking min away. We booked an extra half day because our ferry left late. It was like an extra vacation (beach-) day and well worth it 😊. Sometimes it was a bit noisy due to the thin walls. But after 22:00 everything went quiet, I think the neighbors are nice

It was really great. The owner is very nice and gave me everything I needed. If you’re looking for an affordable yet still great place to sleep, this is the spot. No complaints, except that there’s no hair dryer, otherwise everything is perfect.
