“Buena ubicación, no tan cómodo”

The location and staff are again very friendly. The breakfast is poor, and the staff don’t know how to make an omelette to your liking. In the room I was assigned, the bed moved a lot, the hanging pictures are a bit creepy, and the shower space is very small.

“Estadía conveniente por la ubicación”

I liked the location and the staff are very friendly. They kept my luggage all day and night for my next reservation. The hotel itself is pretty, very colonial, and the pool area is lovely. The room is poorly laid out; the shower is so small and narrow that it’s uncomfortable to bathe. The pillows are too high and uncomfortable. Breakfast is the same every day with no variety. The restaurant for lunch or dinner is a few streets away, so you have to spend on Uber to get there, and my air conditioning didn’t work very well. I think it’s very small for the size of the room, and there’s a fan but it’s right above the bed, it moves a lot and makes noise.

The hotel sits in a great spot and the staff are very attentive, always ready to help with top‑class customer service. The only downside was that the bathroom lacked a curtain, so privacy was an issue.

“Una perla en la jungla urbana”

The colonial‑style hotel sits in a prime spot with a lovely pool and breakfast area, and the staff are genuinely helpful and friendly. There’s also an elevator. The room is spacious, clean, comes with a mini‑fridge, and the bed is super comfortable. The breakfast could offer more variety; the quality is good but the selection is limited.
