El paisaje y su ubicación. Más servicio para poder cenar allí ya que una de las noches no pudimos cenar porqué había un grupo

Nos gustó mucho el enclave porque es espectacular y la tranquilidad en sus instalaciones. Además el personal es muy amable y el desayuno buenísimo. No nos gustó que el día de la llegada quisiéramos reservar mesa para cenar en el mismo hotel para la noche siguiente y nos dijeran que estaba completo. Al día siguiente por la noche, bajamos a tomar una cerveza y darnos cuenta de que habían mesas libres, me parece muy poco profesional. Éramos dos personas y creo que podrían al menos hacer el esfuerzo y hacernos un hueco

The surroundings were wonderful, beautiful in the middle of the forest! The staff were excellent, both the receptionists, the bar waiter, and the restaurant workers. The bed was very comfortable! One detail: the balcony light didn’t work, and although there was a bathtub, it couldn’t be filled (just in case you were planning to take a bath).
