Staff was very kind and the breakfast was perfect. I came for a business trip, I could keep my baggages at front until I return from my work, even after I checkout the hotel. That was really helpful

The room was spacious and clean, but the location wasn’t very central and the provided comb and toothbrush were cheap, making the overall value feel poor for the price.

Being within walking distance of Susukino and having a convenience store right in front of the hotel was handy, and the quiet room let me rest well; however, when I arrived around 9:30 pm by car the parking lot was full, and I struggled to find an affordable spot nearby.

The spot was great and the hospitality clean, yet the “queen” room I booked turned out to be a standard double, and the paid parking pushed the cost beyond what I had budgeted.
