The hotel is very neat and well maintained, the food is fantastic and varied. The kids’ club is right next to the dinner service, so the loud music made the dinner noisy and chaotic. A quiet pool and a separate play pool would have been nice.

The staff everywhere were very friendly and helpful. It sits right on a small beachfront. Kids can enjoy activities. The food is excellent. The pool bar offers a wide range of drinks and some snacks or sweets between meals. The All‑Inclusive package is good. The kitchenette is fully equipped. The pool includes a small children’s pool with a slide. The gym is good. Minor issues: the A/C in the room was a bit noisy, and some of the room furniture could use renewal or updating. A swing and a slide in the kids’ playground would be nice.

We had a great family holiday. The hotel’s atmosphere is very special and relaxing. The animation team is fantastic—friendly, energetic, and adds a lot to the experience. The staff were welcoming, the food was good with plenty of options, and we really enjoyed our stay. Some facilities, especially the rooms and pool area, feel a bit old‑fashioned and could use renovation. That might also be part of what gives the hotel its unique charm. Nothing stopped us from having a great holiday.

I thoroughly enjoyed every moment; the food was a major highlight—despite being an All‑Inclusive resort, each meal offered a completely different and rich variety, consistently fresh, delicious, and top quality. The entire staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming—from the hardworking waiters to the skilled bartenders. The entertainment team was phenomenal and kept the energy high throughout our stay. A very special mention goes to the wonderful Eva, whose warm attitude and dedicated service made our experience truly memorable! We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. The only downside was that accessing the room was not very convenient.
