“Staff were very helpful good value for money”
The room offered a lovely view and a great balcony, but the hotel’s distance from the city centre was a drawback.

The pool was nice, but the place is miles from everything and only got cleaned twice in two weeks.

Nothing good. The building is under maintenance, there's no reception or any service. After booking on Booking, they sent a key‑room message to the security guard who was guarding construction materials on site.

A great big apartment with a super view, but the lobby is a construction site.

I got room 1107 (11th floor) with a sea view. The room is fairly spacious, split into a bedroom and a kitchen area (air‑conditioning only in the bedroom). Wi‑Fi is available but I never tried it. The condo is old and being renovated, so there’s only construction equipment on the first floor near the elevator. The bedroom has a single AC; the living‑room and kitchen zones have none. The storage cabinet in the kitchen smells like something dead. The balcony is unusable because of a lot of bird droppings, though the view is okay. There’s a TV, but only 1–2 channels work. No soap or shampoo, so you have to buy your own. The door between the bedroom and balcony is broken, so it can’t open fully; it barely swings and never closes tightly. At checkout I was charged 300 THB (told it was a repair fee) but when the repairman came, he said the door had been problematic before, with a huge dent and it wouldn’t slide. A 500 THB deposit was also taken. The remote for the AC didn’t work, and it was very cold at night. Overall cleanliness was 3/10. If you book, check the room thoroughly and take photos as evidence. If you find any damage, inform the owner immediately; otherwise the deposit may not be refunded even if you’re not at fault.
