I was shocked by the setting, which felt like a campsite with deserted alleys that looked dirty and shabby. The room itself was attached to the owner’s caravan, and the bathroom opened directly into the room, offering no privacy. The walls didn’t reach the ceiling, the window wouldn’t close fully, and the shower was a makeshift one in the courtyard, only covered by a curtain and no roof. The place felt neither private nor clean, and a neighboring room seemed to share the kitchen and emitted an odor that made me want to leave in less than two seconds. I’m not picky, but this was unacceptable, so I left with my children to find a healthier spot. For the price, I’d suggest looking elsewhere—there are better options for the same or less, and this feels like a scam.

The place is a complete nightmare: bad smell, dirty, AC doesn’t work because the owner removed the remote battery, lack of privacy, dirty sheets, insects and cockroaches. It was the worst experience of my life; I felt totally deceived. I recommend reading my comments—you’ll waste neither time nor money. We had to leave this miserable place and find another accommodation. We’ll see how the complaints are handled, but for now we’ve reported it to the customer service department. I think these bad experiences should be shared so nobody else feels as uncomfortable and cheated. It’s abnormal that all negative reviews use the same photos and claims, as if the place should be shut down by health authorities. I also noticed that there are other ratings of 9 or 10 with no photos or comments, which seems like a way to inflate the average. When you arrive, you’re confronted with the reality and you’ve already paid. The owner explains what you saw online, leaving you stunned. The photos on their page show a marina and a golf course, but the reality is a place with heat, bad odors, mouse droppings, cockroaches, ants, dirty sheets that aren’t changed from other guests, a tin roof, and constant leaking from the toilet tank.
