The staff had been waiting for me and were ready to help; they knew about my disability and assigned me a 1st‑floor room to meet my needs, and everyone was very kind. I can’t think of anything negative.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and spacious, but there were spider webs and tiny spiders around the edges of the bed and walls behind the bed, and the AC unit had an unpleasant smell.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The beds were a bit too high for someone in a wheelchair; it might help to have lower bed frames for disabled guests who can’t easily climb into bed from a wheelchair, and the toilets in the bathrooms were standard size, so taller ones could be considered.

The gym, the spacious room, and the parking were great. The in‑room coffee maker didn’t work, there was no Netflix on the TV, the breakfast was limited but acceptable, and the coffee at reception was very bad for my taste.
