The only thing I liked was how close it was to my relatives. The place was poorly clean, the digital check‑in portal was always down, and I was even assigned a room that didn’t exist. There were hazards left behind, the front desk was always empty, and no one was available to report problems. Workers were on site a lot, so it wasn’t quiet.

The room was filthy, with piles of dirty towels under the sink, and if you booked through the app and used the discounts you’d be told the room wasn’t ready and moved to an economy room in the back of the motel where the flooring was stapled over rotting wood and the tub had soft spots; the whole space felt like it was designed for discount guests. The kiosk that pretends to be Wi‑Fi but actually runs the whole hotel was annoying, the concrete drop‑off was huge and hard to miss, I had to park far away to reach my room, and the door didn’t fit properly so it took forever to cool the room; I wanted to stay longer but as soon as I walked in I knew that wasn’t going to happen.

The location was good and it’s pet friendly, plus I learned new management was coming which could bring improvements. The room was dirty, especially the floors and gold fixtures.
