The staff was friendly and the location is central. The air conditioning works well and the interior is tidy, plus there's a fridge. However, because it’s low season, a lot of maintenance work is happening during this period. A lot of construction surrounds the house, and there’s a road directly behind it where all the scooters rev up to climb the hill. New houses are also being built behind that. The garden was full of debris. We were in the first house at the bottom.

Hotel was amaxing clean wen arrived perfect spot hotwl staff amazing. The only problem was getting them to clean the room U had to ask and wen i was leaving for the dsy the staff were not thete to ask He said there was a short staff whitch i can understand ! But this hotel was exspencive clean the room any way its right on beach so loads of sand any way just clean rokm every day woth out asking Or leave a brush so we can bush the floor. Room did not get cleaned every day Wen 3 days of not getting cleaned

The staff was very rude. When I tried to check out in the morning, I waited for hours, but there was no one at the reception desk. I couldn’t get any help from the service team. They never informed me of the checkout time, which was unexpectedly early. To make matters worse, they charged me a late fee despite never telling me the policy.

“Schöne Bungalows in einem traumhaften. Tropischen Garten”

The hotel is beautiful in a gorgeous tropical garden. You get a lovely balcony to sit on and the room is very well equipped with a bathrobe, flip‑flops, a fridge, and a kettle. That’s not standard for accommodations in Cambodia, especially on Koh Rong, where everything has to be transported by boat and professional builders aren’t available everywhere. The staff were super friendly and kind. Yes, it’s not all at a Western standard and the construction isn’t Western either, but we’re on an island where everything is shipped by boat and you can’t always find professional builders. Unfortunately there is no breakfast included. At that price I would have expected at least a basic breakfast. The beach lacks proper sun loungers. This is because the accommodation is in the village of the island, which is very lively and the beach is very developed with restaurants and a lot more activity than at Long Set beach. So if you want a relaxed, quiet beach holiday, this is definitely not the place; you should go to Long Set instead. The path to the bungalows is a steep hill, which should be mentioned in the listing. For people with walking difficulties, it is therefore not really suitable.
