The property sits in an excellent spot for my Rome trip and also for getting to the city center. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly! I recommend the place.
I liked how close it was to the venue I was interested in (the Rome fair) and the on‑street parking that was available. The communication with the host was poor. It was hard to find the apartment and there were no directions through the maze of alleys inside the building complex. Once inside, the atmosphere felt suffocating and claustrophobic. A very narrow hallway housed a half‑made, messy kitchen with broken and patched utensils—unhygienic. The kitchen was shared with all B&B guests. In our assigned room we found a single bed. The bed was broken, the wardrobe was completely damaged and held up by shelf supports to keep it from falling. The bathroom was fairly clean, but the air conditioning made it feel like a sauna. The shower was full of mold. The price was not justified by the unwelcoming structure we encountered.

Staying at this B&B was flawless from start to finish. Located in a great spot, convenient for reaching major sights and enjoying some quiet, the place immediately stands out with its polished and welcoming atmosphere.
