Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The spot is great, and there’s enough parking. I wish the room had at least a small fridge; as a senior I have to climb up to the 3rd floor, so it would have been better if the staff had asked whether I was a senior and booked me on a lower floor.

The place is super convenient right next to the highway, and the parking area is plenty. A fridge in the room would have been a nice addition.

Nothing positive to note. The price is not justified. With 20 years in hospitality, I’ve seen Manila hotels that are cheaper yet offer a wider breakfast selection than Rosita, which only serves silog. The bathroom supplies are incomplete, the furniture is uncomfortable, and the air‑conditioning is insufficient. There’s no door closer, no doorbell, and no TV signal.

The staff and service were the highlights – very enthusiastic and ready to help. My first night in a room facing the street made it hard to sleep, but they quickly arranged a move and even helped with a taxi; the room’s amenities were average for a business hotel. If you normally struggle to sleep, ask for a room away from the road when you book.

The hotel’s location was excellent, comfortable, and safe. Nearby spots made it easy to eat out or grab essentials, and parking posed no problem. What stood out most was how the staff went out of their way to accommodate guests. It’s a perfect choice if you’re after a clean, family‑friendly, affordable stay.
