The breakfast was excellent and the location couldn't be better, but the restaurant staff at the front desk were downright rude. Their attitude carried over to the dining service as well, which left a sour taste after an otherwise solid stay.

Staying right on the ski slope was a huge plus, and the food, staff, and rooms were all clean and friendly. The only downside was the sauna area, which had no fresh‑air circulation at all.
