⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top Hotel – highly recommended! We were completely satisfied. The hotel has a very good location, is super clean, and the service is excellent. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We especially want to highlight the breakfast buffet—very abundant and tasty. A big thank you to the lady, Frau Sinem, from the breakfast buffet; she was always very friendly and helpful and took great care of us every morning. The skyline panorama in the dinner restaurant was also excellent. A big thank you also to the room‑service staff, who kept our suite with the perfect sea view impeccably clean. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making our vacation in Zonguldak so beautiful. The gym is in top condition with a great sea view, and I must not forget the massages were at a wellness level. Excellent value for your money, it was worth every cent! The deluxe suite was wonderful. Superb room service and breakfast selection. Plus, of course, everything with a great view of the Black Sea and Zonguldak partially. Would definitely recommend and if we ever come back to this region, we will stay here again

The hotel sits right next to a shopping mall, which was super convenient. The cleanliness could have been better, and some items should be replaced.

“A hotel with stunning views, great staff and delicious breakfast.”

The location is fantastic, with a shopping mall right beside the hotel offering a variety of restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was the best we've had in terms of variety and quality, and we enjoyed the pool area since the weather was too cold for a beach day. However, as coffee lovers, we were disappointed that the coffee machine wasn’t working; only filter coffee was available, which was not great. The pool water temperature was also too cold for us.
