The reception, restaurant, and parking staff were all excellent—kudos to everyone! The apartment isn’t part of the hotel, and this wasn’t explained when we booked, or even when we arrived at reception where there was no information about our stay; I had to call the host to unlock the apartment. We stayed for three days, and at no point did she ask if we wanted the apartment cleaned or if we needed fresh sheets and towels. Another downside was the parking, which was very tight with many cars.
