The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh pastries and savory items, rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was super central with paid public parking 50 m from the property. We arrived at the hotel on Monday at lunch and were checked in on time in 5 min. The next morning they were quick to make milk for the baby, which we really appreciated ❤️. On the morning of departure they had prepared breakfast in advance so we could still have it. Thanks again for making our holiday so peaceful and calm.

The owner was very courteous and helpful. The location was super central with a convenient adjacent parking lot. Nothing else.

I stayed in a first‑floor room that you reach by a single flight of stairs; there’s another set of stairs that lead to the front door, so it’s best to tell the owner your arrival time or you might not find anyone to open the door, as the owner usually arrives in the afternoon. I walked from the train station, which I don’t recommend because it’s a long, mostly uphill walk, but if you inform them of your arrival time they can pick you up at the station. The room was roomy, had great air‑conditioning and a mini fridge, though the WiFi could be better. The shower needs a glass panel or something to keep water from splashing onto the floor. The coffee machine at reception is fantastic and makes delicious coffee. The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to the main piazza.
