I booked a room with breakfast included on the website, but when I went to breakfast in the morning they told me it wasn’t part of the room rate. That’s wrong because the booking clearly listed breakfast as included.

The hotel sits conveniently near the airport and has everything you’d need for a quick stay, plus a spa and a nice pool. I appreciated how easy it was to arrange an airport transfer and how on time it was both ways. The air conditioner was quiet and cooled the room perfectly, giving me a restful night before my flight. The only downside was the toilet in my room dripping, which wasn’t a huge issue for me but could bother more sensitive sleepers; a bit more maintenance on the facilities would help.
