I arrived there at balafon after booking with you from the 1 til 8 th October only to arrive to a closed hotel which wasn’t even operating !! I came from England on my own to k won where to stay in the middle of the night. Don’t know I didn’t get chance to see as it was closed !!!

The whole property was very beautiful, we felt very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good with a large selection. Very nice staff. Great pool right by the room and a large one in the middle of the property. The beach was also good. The restaurant is also recommended.

The food was very good and the staff were very friendly, but the drinks inside the hotel were noticeably more expensive than outside.

The location and the equipment were fine, but the air‑conditioning didn’t work and part of the site was abandoned.
