The location is central and the Luas exits right outside the door, so getting to the 3 Arena events and back after shows is hassle‑free. The only downside was that the corridor lighting on the 5th floor didn’t turn on when we left the room, so we had to find the switch ourselves, which felt a bit risky.

The building itself was superb, with lovely rooms and very modern bathrooms. The staff were friendly, and David the barman was exceptional. The only negative was that I was on the 3rd floor and the outside windows were disgusting – it was hard to see out of them.
