“Very clean and cozy property, but the late-night check-in and key pickup process needs significant improvement.”

The room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable; the bathroom was newly renovated and lovely. I appreciated the bearded, glasses‑wearing gentleman at the front desk who helped me with the key issue late at night. I booked around 9 PM after a long drive, but the hotel’s phone didn’t answer and my email went unanswered, so I struggled to find anyone to get the key—no lockbox was provided. It wasn’t until about 2 AM that the problem was resolved, thanks to the helpful front‑desk man.

The view was pleasant and the fireplace was enjoyable; the decor and kitchen were well designed. The condo, at about 800 sq ft, felt spacious. Restaurants nearby were convenient, and the jacuzzi was a bonus. The bathroom night light was broken, so a flashlight was needed to avoid tripping. The bathroom door was noisy when opening and closing. Trash bins were hard to find. The patio had a visible mold trail from the drain spout. Resort fees appeared at the end of the stay, though they weren’t mentioned earlier.

Not a whole lot, and it wasn’t clarified that it was sitting in the middle of a wine festival! Too crowded and too many people, and the carpet and things were disgusting inside the condo.

We loved the location and the great view of the resort center where you could see everything happening; the place was very clean. However, it was very difficult to find the address and instructions on where to pick up the key and check in, and it turned out to be a whole different location that Google maps wouldn’t direct you to. When we called the number, they gave us the same address but didn’t know the exact spot to get the key; there was no air conditioner in the unit, no ice, and no ice maker.

The location was good, but on our welcome package with keys we were given the right unit but the wrong building; we called and they figured it out and fixed it.
