Location was really good and close to eateries.The bed and pillows were. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Our room was situated by the main road and was very noisy early in the morning

The size of the room was great, place for 2 suitcases. Bathroom well laid out with little soaps and shampoo etc not a pump. Hairdryer within reach and easy to use. Room had a lounge, table and desk. Biscuits and tea and coffee. Was given a card for the club across the road. The bed was comfortable. Lights were good to read by. Didn't have any cooking facilities or plates. Not really a problem

Proximity to the CBD and the Services Club. No comment to make, really

Location - close to work. Fridge wasn’t working in my room. And I had another incident where I got my booking mixed up and I have asked to speak to the manager on several different occasions and I still have not received a response. Customer service in terms of follow up was poor
