They offered a complimentary breakfast, yet the room had a musty odor, the AC was noisy, and I found hair on the dining table. After hours the lobby had no seating, and when we asked to use the dining area the front desk refused and sent us outside onto the cold patio. No hot tea or coffee was available once breakfast ended.

Nothing positive. The staff were terrible, they stole money and there was no privacy.

The staff were very friendly, but the sofa bed was non-existent, so the third person in the room had to sleep on the floor and it was unusable.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional staff who made our stay truly unforgettable. Karla, the front desk staff member, was an absolute gem – her warm smile and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction left a lasting impression on us. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in good hands, and her kindness and professionalism set the tone for a wonderful stay.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While the peaceful atmosphere and relatively low occupancy rate were definite positives, there were some significant issues that detracted from my overall experience. Upon arrival, I was surprised to be asked to retrieve bedding myself when I reported that the room was not prepared for our group of four. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were also lacking, with no fresh fruit or vegetables and stale frozen bagels.
