Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Outside it looked very pretty. Inside the single room was claustrophobic, had no window, was dark, lacked ventilation, and the lack of cleanliness seemed to cause the many bugs on the ceiling and a spider crawling up the wall; fortunately the staff refunded my money without any hassle.

It sits in a great spot in the old part of Chiang Mai and offers late check‑in for arrivals after reception hours. We booked a double room that was tiny, windowless, and had a musty, moldy smell; every noise could be heard through the walls. The shared bathrooms were poorly kept, the toilet paper ran out and wasn’t replaced until the next day. It was a terrible experience, so after one night we left and booked another place.

The accommodation was in an ideal spot to explore Old Town and also suitable for discovering the rest of Chiang Mai, but the beds were very hard.

I felt very safe and the security system was good. The modern gendered bathrooms were nice, and the bunk bed had a handy shelf and light. The mattress was thin, and sometimes the toilets weren’t restocked.

The place is in a superb spot, the coffee tastes amazing, the beds are super comfy, rooms are quiet, AC works well, bathrooms are spotless. Nothing to complain about.
