I had a very good experience! The staff were very nice and helpful, the location is great for starting or ending a tour in Nyungwe Forest, the view is amazing, and the food is great too! We even went for a short run around the area in the forest, which was nice :) Nothing to complain about!

1. The staff was helpful and friendly 2. The view is just amazing. Surrounding areas are quiet and peaceful. 3. Breakfast was good although it was basic. Food is good in general. 1. Some of the facilities were not so great . e.g. water pressure in the shower room 2. They do not provide drinking water

I really enjoyed my time at Kitabi Eco Center; waking up to the stunning mountain views was one of the highlights. The location feels peaceful and is surrounded by beautiful scenery, making it a perfect spot to relax and soak in nature. The staff were very helpful, making me feel welcome and always ready to assist; I’d definitely recommend Kitabi Eco Center to anyone seeking a peaceful and memorable stay.

The view and location are amazing; although tents weren’t available, the rustic cabins were simple, clean, and ideal for a night before long hikes. Food took a while to arrive, and breakfast was delayed, but these are minor issues in the grand scheme.

The accommodation is great with a beautiful view of the tea plantations and forest. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are attentive and helpful.
