Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
I stayed in a spacious room with a comfy bed, and the breakfast had some unique extras that made it memorable. However, after the first night I forgot to put the notice on the door, so the room wasn’t cleaned the next day even though I assumed all rooms were automatically serviced.

The overall experience was good, but we ran out of croissants at breakfast and had to request fresh fruit even though it was supposedly included. For dinner, several dishes such as venison and trout were missing, the shower in the bathroom required adjustment and it was difficult to get hot water, and the pillows were not comfortable.

The staff were friendly, the location was great, and the food was excellent.

The place is in a convenient spot, but the room was dirty with stained carpets and grimy cushions on the bed. There were many flies, both alive and dead, in the room. The bathroom was in disrepair: the shower didn’t work properly, the extractor fan was clogged with dirt, the paint was chipped, and the drain wouldn’t empty the shower tray. The fire escape door stayed wedged open all night, letting anyone onto the bedroom floor when the pub closed, which was very concerning since guests are locked in on that floor. Dinner food was good, but one waiter was rushed and the service was slow.

The rooms were fantastic and everything you could possibly want was available.
