The place was clean, but the bathroom was too cramped.

The hotel was brand new, the sister store’s onsen was fantastic, and the staff handled a sudden change with a friendly, approachable attitude.

The property felt spotless, the bed mattress was comfortable, and we could also soak in the adjacent ryokan’s onsen for a leisurely dip. The staff were kind, helpful, and courteous.
