“Nefasto”

Nothing positive. The reservation was cancelled without explanation after I confirmed it in the booking app; I had reached out to inform them I’d be arriving late with a baby, and it would have been a nightmare to arrive without a room. The staff simply said there was no vacancy, with no further reason. I suspect they were selling the room at a higher rate than when I booked in May. I had to scramble to find another place at a higher price, in a worse location, all the day before my trip. I would not recommend this place.

The room size was impressive, but the radiators didn’t work for 15 nights, there was never hot water except lukewarm, and the bathtub was so bad that when it opened the water jet filled it and we needed buckets to drain it. The description said it was a triple room but there was only one double bed. The breakfast was awful—only 8 coffee pods for two people over 16 days, which is ridiculous. There was no linen or towel change, and the cleaning was nonexistent.

“Please provide hot water in the showers guys yohhh”

There was plenty of space, but there was no hot water in the shower and the rooms were extremely cold.

“Meglio di no.”

Breakfast was forgettable, and having hot water would have been helpful.
