Nothing good. Arriving there, they told us we couldn’t pay by card even though it said we could on booking, so we had to withdraw cash from an ATM. The room was in a terrible state: dirty walls, only one working outlet, a clogged shower, furniture on a single wire, the AC didn’t work, and they said the windows on our floor wouldn’t open, yet we could hear all the outside noise that kept us from sleeping.
The location is great. The bathroom soap bottle was full of water, and the wall had dirty discoloration and oil marks.
Nothing good. I couldn’t come because the facility didn’t accept credit cards and gave no warning beforehand. As a transit passenger arriving at midnight without cash, I had no way to get anything and had to sleep at the airport.
The location was good, the bed comfortable, the sheets looked clean, Wi‑Fi worked, and fresh water was at the front desk. The staff were nice. However, soundproofing was poor and we could hear everything from the rooms next door; there was constant running noise all night. The room had serious water damage from a leak and the walls were in very bad condition.
The amenities, washroom, and room did not match the pictures.
