I booked a room for my family, and they were supposed to arrive in Kolkata, but at the last moment the hotel called and said it was closed. It was a stressful day finding another place, and the hotel management was very bad. I don’t recommend them.

I spent one night here and it was genuinely pleasant: the room and bathroom were clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent; the hotel’s location is easy to find and great for families.
