The staff here were absolutely fantastic, always willing to lend a helping hand and go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. However, the manager seemed a bit out of touch and was pretty dismissive when I brought up a few issues I had with my stay. Still, the good definitely outweighed the bad, and I'd definitely consider coming back. The staff's friendliness really made up for the manager's attitude.
