Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.

The room and bed were comfortable, the bathroom looked nice, and it was conveniently located just a short walk from the beachfront, but the shower lacked a hairdryer and the glass screen was freshly chipped with shards on the floor, likely from the morning cleaning.

The gardens were beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the beach was easily accessible, yet the mattress was hard and the rooms seemed a bit tired.

The location was fantastic—walking distance to the beach, warungs, shops, and restaurants—with a large, clean pool and lovely grounds; the on‑site Japanese restaurant was a bonus, and each room had great air‑con, a ceiling fan, a spacious balcony, a laundry area with a sink and drying space, a fridge, and complimentary water, kettle, tea, coffee, and cups, but a dedicated tea/coffee station, toaster, and microwave would have been useful, and we had to request a hair dryer, which would have been handy.
